Our client is seeking a Word Processing Specialist with strong litigation experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Key responsibilities include typing, editing, preparing pleadings, using firm macros, converting documents from PDF to Word, and extensive formatting with heading styles. The role also involves inserting tables of contents (TOC) and authorities (TOA) using Litera-Best Authority, transcription with Winscribe, and creating and editing spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Kofax PDF functions and NetDocs.
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in a fast-paced legal environment.
