Our client is seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Trusts & Estates Practice Group. This role involves supporting attorneys in managing workflow processes and delivering legal services with attention to detail and professionalism. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for preparing, editing, and proofreading estate planning documents, managing electronic time entries and billing, and maintaining client files through NetDocs. Additional tasks include handling attorney calendars, travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and interfacing with clients regularly.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in Trusts & Estates within a law firm, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe, and strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success.
