The Financial Analyst, Strategic Finance is a key member of the Finance Department, responsible for supporting the firm’s financial analysis, reporting, and data analytics needs. The role involves performing in-depth financial analysis to provide meaningful insights for decision-making, creating reports for firm leadership, and enhancing reporting capabilities. The analyst must interpret data needs, develop automation tools to improve efficiency, and work independently while managing recurring deliverables. Effective communication with various stakeholders is essential, as well as the ability to balance and prioritize tasks based on deadlines.

Candidates should have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in SQL preferred. Familiarity with 3E accounting software or similar enterprise programs is desirable, along with knowledge of general accounting principles. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least two years of financial reporting experience are preferred, with law firm experience strongly favored.

The salary for this role ranges from $77,300 to $98,500 annually, with potential bonuses.
