Senior Client Account Specialist

The Senior Client Account Specialist is responsible for submitting a large volume of e-bills for one of the firm’s major clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing through platforms like BillBlast and other e-billing vendors. The role involves creating e-files in LEDES format, troubleshooting billing issues, and collaborating with the billing team to resolve rejected invoices. Additional duties include opening and monitoring new matters on vendor sites, submitting timekeeper data, budgets, and accrual information, and assisting the billing and collections teams with client deductions. The specialist also verifies rate arrangements with the Pricing Department and follows up on outstanding e-bills to aid in collections.

A Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of legal e-billing experience are required, with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and familiarity with Aderant preferred. The candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. The position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring approximately six days per month in the office. The salary range is $90,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, education, and location.
