Docketing Coordinator (Litigation)

The Docketing Coordinator for Litigation is responsible for accurate and timely calendaring, including the docketing of dates and deadlines based on court documents and requests from case teams. This role involves maintaining documentation of processes, facilitating collaboration across departments to implement best practices, and identifying potential risks in docketing procedures.

The coordinator will manage entries in a rules-based calendaring system, verify deadlines, and communicate effectively with attorneys and support staff to ensure accuracy in docket-related information. Additionally, the position requires ongoing knowledge of court rules, preparation of regular docket reports, and collaboration with IT to resolve technical issues. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in docketing software, alongside a background in litigation within a law firm. An associate degree or paralegal certification is preferred, along with at least two years of relevant experience.

The position supports flexible work arrangements and includes a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience. The role primarily involves sedentary work in a professional office environment, with occasional lifting and moving of materials.
