Our client is seeking a Senior Employment Paralegal for their Los Angeles or Emeryville office. The ideal candidate must have at least three years of specialized experience supporting class and collective actions, as well as employment and wage and hour claims. Candidates should have expert-level proficiency in preparing Tables of Authorities and conducting legal research using Westlaw or Lexis Nexis. Trial experience is preferred, and the candidate should be proactive, highly communicative, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $90,000, with the actual offer depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location.
