Senior Labor & Employment Attorney

Our client is seeking a Senior Labor and Employment Attorney with 8-10 years of experience in a law firm representing employers in various labor and employment matters. The role involves advocating for employers in cases such as wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage disputes. The attorney will also provide legal counsel on employee leaves, accommodations, labor relations, and related issues, as well as draft employment agreements, contracts, employee handbooks, and policies.

This position requires significant involvement in litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and responding to discovery, as well as conducting Title VII and Title IX investigations. Candidates must have strong writing, analytical, litigation, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects independently or within a team. The attorney should also have a sufficient client base to maintain a partial workload and be licensed, or eligible for licensure, to practice law in Ohio.

This role is ideal for someone capable of working effectively with clients and attorneys across all levels and requires a high level of professionalism and legal expertise.
