Paralegal Coordinator (General)

The Paralegal Coordinator is responsible for managing paralegal staffing on cases, providing quality control, and coordinating trial support. They mentor a team of paralegals, ensuring appropriate staffing and resource allocation while overseeing the delivery of high-quality legal services. The Paralegal Coordinator also works with the Director of Legal & Administrative Support to identify training needs and assist in professional development.

Key responsibilities include supervising case support throughout litigation, cite-checking, document management, filing submissions in courts and agencies, and assisting case teams with trial preparation. The role involves developing best practices for paralegal support, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and providing logistical support for off-site trials.

Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, and experience with court rules, cite-checking, and trial support. A minimum of five years of paralegal experience in litigation is required, with trial experience preferred. The role demands leadership skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to respond to issues outside business hours.

The position offers a base salary of $120,000 to $124,000 annually, depending on experience, with eligibility for the firm’s flexible work program.
