The Real Estate + Environment Section is looking for a mid-to-senior level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Real Estate Transactional Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in real estate transactions, particularly on the lender side, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously. The candidate should be proficient in complex debt and equity financing structures, drafting purchase and sale transaction documents, securitized lending, due diligence, managing title and survey reviews, and commercial leasing. HUD experience is an advantage.

This role offers excellent opportunities for advancement and training from experienced finance law practitioners. The preferred location for this position is the Los Angeles office. The annual base salary ranges from $225,000 to $300,000, depending on experience and professional skills.
