Conflicts Analyst

The Conflicts Analyst is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving conflicts related to the firm's engagements and hires, ensuring compliance with business and ethical standards. Key duties include preparing conflicts reports, performing corporate research to confirm identities, and analyzing potential conflicts using independent judgment. The role also involves interacting with partners to discuss and resolve conflicts, drafting waivers and engagement letters, and maintaining thorough records of conflict resolutions.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm or legal environment, knowledge of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, and proficiency in legal research and software tools like IntApp Open. A Bachelor’s degree and JD are strongly preferred, along with prior experience as a paralegal or legal researcher.

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a competitive hourly pay of $35.00 to $46.00 with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more.
