This role involves defending corporations, insureds, insurers, and individuals in complex disputes, focusing on areas such as product liability, general liability, premises liability, and construction. The attorney will be responsible for pre-trial motions, attending trials for legal support, handling post-trial motions, and managing appeals.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of trial and litigation experience, with expertise in both state and federal courts. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects. The role requires excellent organizational and time management abilities, as well as leadership and mentoring skills. The ability to handle sensitive matters and solve problems quickly is crucial.
