Transactional Paralegal / Legal Assistant

The role of Transactional Paralegal/Legal Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and transactional support to the Finance and Restructuring team at a law firm. A minimum of two years of experience in corporate paralegal or legal assistant roles, particularly in Finance and Restructuring, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with UCC search products, and strong communication skills are essential.
