Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney to practice in California, with the option for remote work. Offices are located in San Diego and Sacramento, but remote flexibility is available. The role involves handling pre-litigation and litigation cases related to real estate, title, mortgages, foreclosure, and creditor’s rights. The attorney will manage cases from start to finish, develop legal strategies, conduct discovery, and attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.

Candidates must have strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience in civil litigation, with a focus on logical and critical thinking. A Juris Doctor and California bar admission are required. While five years of litigation experience is preferred, entry-level candidates with a strong interest in real estate or mortgage law will be considered.

The role offers a competitive salary range between $92,144 and $129,780, with a commitment to a 1920-hour annual billing requirement and availability for in-person hearings in California as needed.
