Our client seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their practice in Texas, primarily in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with remote work flexibility. The role involves managing pre-litigation and litigation cases related to real estate, title, mortgages, foreclosure, and creditor’s rights.

The attorney will be responsible for developing legal strategies, conducting discovery, drafting and arguing pleadings and motions, and attending court hearings. Candidates must have strong written and oral advocacy skills, with experience in civil litigation being essential. A Juris Doctor degree and Texas bar admission are required. While five years of litigation experience is preferred, entry-level candidates with a strong interest in real estate or mortgage law will be considered. The attorney must meet an annual billing requirement of 1920 hours and be available for in-person hearings in Texas as needed.
