Our client is seeking a Collection & Litigation Associate Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload, focusing on collection and litigation matters. The role involves handling breach of contract cases and collection litigation from the demand phase through to judgment. Responsibilities include attending court hearings, preparing and arguing motions for summary judgment, and managing cases to meet goals and client expectations. The position requires a Juris Doctorate and admission to practice law in California, with additional admissions in AZ, NV, and TX preferred. Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code is beneficial but not essential. 

The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong research abilities, and proficiency in software tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload, resolve problems promptly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
