Vice President of Business Development

The Vice President of Business Development will be crucial in driving new business revenue for the company. This role involves developing and executing a personal revenue plan, building a client target list, and establishing a robust pipeline of opportunities. The VP will work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring their needs are met while also fostering strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities include achieving or surpassing revenue quotas, maintaining pipeline tracking compliance, and supporting marketing efforts, including conferences and events to boost brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in litigation, eDiscovery, or legal technology sales, with a proven track record of meeting quotas. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot and managing the RFP process is required. Strong analytical and communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed environment are essential.

A BA/BS, JD, or relevant advanced degree is preferred. The position offers a salary range of $125,000 to $175,000, plus commission.
