Labor & Employment Associate
Los Angeles, CA ยท LegalOur client is looking for a mid-level associate attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join their Labor and Employment Group. The role involves representing employers in various aspects of employment and labor relations, with a strong focus on wage and hour class action litigation.
Candidates should have experience with California employment law, including PAGA and wage and hour class actions, and trial experience is a plus. An Am Law 100 background is also advantageous. The ideal candidate will hold a J.D. from a recognized institution and be licensed to practice in California. They should exhibit strong project management abilities, effective writing and communication skills, and be adept at handling a complex workload.
Experience with law review or similar research and writing is beneficial. Applicants should be able to thrive in a collaborative team environment and have a proven track record of exceeding performance expectations. The role offers an annual salary between $315,000 and $370,000, with additional performance and hours-based bonuses.
