The coordinator communicates with attorneys about rate implementations and maintains a database of rate negotiations and approvals. They provide accurate timekeeper rates for e-billing submissions and analyze non-standard fee arrangements for firm management. Additionally, they seek solutions and continuously improve their knowledge of rate procedures.

Qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree, at least three years of client accounting or billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment, and proficiency with systems like Elite, Excel, and Access. Strong technical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. The position is remote, requiring proximity to the DC office, with a salary range of $75,000 to $106,000, reporting to the Senior Client Accounts Manager.
