The position requires collaboration with lawyers, business development managers, communications, and creative services to create strategic presentations and materials that highlight the Firm’s expertise and attract potential clients. Key responsibilities include preparing targeted pitch materials, managing updates to lawyer biographies, and maintaining records in the Firm's CRM system.

The role involves assisting with competitive intelligence research, updating market trends, and contributing to submissions for directories and surveys. The Analyst will help draft marketing descriptions of deals, ensuring global updates and strategy alignment across practice groups. Coordination with the Communications and Digital Marketing teams is necessary to enhance the practice's visibility through internal and external channels.

Qualifications for the role include excellent writing, editing, and research skills, proficiency in standard office software and CRM systems, and the ability to manage time-sensitive requests across multiple time zones. A BA is required, with a JD or Masters being a plus. Prior experience in a law firm or professional services firm is essential. The role offers a salary range of $90,000 to $105,000, considering individual qualifications and firm needs.
