Video Conferencing Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Video Conferencing Coordinator for their Kansas City office to oversee all video conferencing operations. The role involves managing video conferencing systems, including software like Cisco TMS and Zoom, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all equipment functions correctly. The coordinator will be responsible for scheduling meetings and events, coordinating video conferences, webinars, and virtual events, and sending invitations and reminders.

Technical support is a key component of the job, with responsibilities including assisting users with audio and video problems and working with the Video Conferencing Engineer on escalated issues. The coordinator must monitor the quality of video and audio during conferences, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate with event organizers to manage virtual events from registration to technical support.

Candidates should be adept at multitasking and handling high-pressure situations, with strong communication skills and advanced knowledge of Zoom and Cisco TMS. An A+ certification or a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with at least two years of relevant experience. Experience in a law firm setting is a plus but not required. The role demands a detail-oriented, dedicated individual capable of working effectively in a team and independently.
