The Enterprise Program Manager – AI will oversee the Firm’s AI Program, managing the delivery of AI technologies while ensuring effective governance and coordination across workstreams. This role involves strategic planning with the CIO and Program Executive Sponsors, ensuring that AI initiatives align with the firm's overarching goals and staying informed about the latest legal technology trends. The manager will handle all aspects of program management, including defining scope, documenting requirements, managing timelines and budgets, and delivering projects with minimal disruption to legal practices. Regular updates and presentations to stakeholders are essential, as well as managing relationships with AI vendors and ensuring service quality.

Key responsibilities include implementing best practices to enhance program efficiency, engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment, and leading cross-functional teams while managing risks and budgets. The role requires expertise in Agile methodology and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. The position is based in Kansas City or Dallas, reporting to the CIO and Program Executive Sponsors.

Qualifications include over 5 years of Business Analyst or Business Relationship Management experience and 10+ years in Project or Program Management, with preferred certifications such as BRMI BRMP, CBRM, PMI PMP, PfMP, or PgMP. Experience in legal or consulting industries and the ability to present complex concepts effectively are preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are crucial, along with a detail-oriented and dedicated approach to program management.
