The Los Angeles office is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Of Counsel to join their expanding practice. This senior position focuses on advising clients on employment law matters, including legal research, drafting legal documents, handling discovery, and attending court conferences. The ideal candidate should have at least 9 years of experience in employment litigation defense, strong analytical and writing skills, and a passion for employment law.

Key responsibilities include drafting memoranda, motions, and pleadings, managing investigations, and providing legal counsel. A Juris Doctor and active California Bar membership are required, along with superior communication and organizational skills. The expected salary range for this position is between $230,000 and $285,000. The actual base salary offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
