Senior Employment Attorney- Non-Partner

The Los Angeles office is seeking a Senior Employment Attorney- Non Partner who is not on a partnership track. The role involves managing litigation for both class actions and single plaintiff cases, including issues like meal and rest period violations, wage disputes, misclassification, and wrongful termination. The position also entails employment due diligence, advising on corporate transactions, and drafting employment agreements. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in labor and employment law, covering litigation, transactional work, and advisory services.

Expertise in state and federal employment laws, class action defense, and PAGA claims is essential. Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The role demands effective communication with clients and colleagues, timely and high-quality work, and adherence to firm policies. The position involves sedentary work with some physical and travel requirements, and it offers a hybrid work environment with some in-office presence expected.

The expected salary range for this position is between $200,000 and $325,000. The actual base salary offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
