The Senior Programmer Analyst - PeopleSoft is responsible for developing and supporting applications within the PeopleSoft system, specifically in the Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits modules. This role involves coding, testing, and creating design documents for assigned projects, as well as providing user support and troubleshooting technical issues. The analyst prepares user documentation and supports the system outside of normal business hours as needed.

Candidates should have a deep understanding of PeopleSoft technologies, including PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Application Designer, and PS Query, and should be experienced in developing and implementing new PeopleSoft modules. Proficiency in writing complex SQL scripts and Oracle Database experience are preferred. A college degree or programming certificate, along with over five years of PeopleSoft development experience, is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with users and co-workers are essential.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $180,000, depending on individual qualifications and experience.
