Office Clerk

The Office Clerk is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the firm. Key duties include scanning and processing legal mail, sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages, and preparing outgoing mail for shipment.

The role involves maintaining accurate records of mail, answering phones, and greeting clients while adhering to security protocols. The clerk will manage conference room scheduling and upkeep, coordinate catering, and ensure the cleanliness of kitchens and supply rooms. They will also maintain filing systems, operate digital scanning equipment, conduct quality checks, and assist with various clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and copying. Familiarity with office management procedures, proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word, and strong organizational skills are required.

Previous administrative or mailroom experience is preferred, along with customer service skills, dependability, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle high-pressure environments effectively.
