Senior Manager, CRM Strategy & Operations

The Senior Manager, CRM Strategy and Operations is responsible for leading the strategic direction, implementation, and management of the firm's CRM systems, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Upper Sigma. The role requires a deep understanding of CRM best practices, experience in aligning CRM initiatives with business development goals, and the ability to mentor a team of CRM professionals. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, information technology, or a related field, and a minimum of seven years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, with at least three years in a leadership role.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy, optimizing CRM processes and technology, leading marketing automation campaigns, and managing vendor relationships. The role also involves providing leadership and development opportunities for the CRM team, collaborating with various stakeholders across the firm, and overseeing data governance and system maintenance. Experience with Salesforce administration and Upper Sigma is highly preferred.

The expected salary range is $148,600 to $209,055, depending on qualifications and experience.
