Associate Recruiting Assistant

About the Role
The Associate Recruiting Assistant is an integral part of the Associate Recruiting team and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Associate Recruiting Department, including the Director of Associate Recruiting, Recruiting Managers, and Recruiting Coordinators, by organizing and expediting workflow in connection with all phases of attorney recruitment processes, while assisting the Associate Recruiting Department with all phases of recruiting efforts for new attorneys, lateral hires, and the summer associate program. This role will be located in our Washington D.C. office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining Associate Recruiting Department documents, filing systems, and performing regular database quality control
  • Assisting with the preparation of recruiting reports and metrics for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with organizing, tracking, and planning of law school outreach activities and sponsorships
  • Demonstrate well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
  • Possess the ability to develop and maintain a courteous, professional, and effective working relationship with clients, vendors, and other representatives of external organizations
  • Display a strong attention to detail and quality assurance processes
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of one (1) year of administrative or office experience in related field

The expected salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000. The actual base salary offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
