Our client is seeking a J.D. for a Conflicts Attorney role, responsible for addressing ethical and business conflict issues within the firm. This non-practicing attorney position involves conducting thorough research to identify and resolve potential conflicts of interest, reviewing conflict reports, and providing evaluations and resolutions. The role also includes drafting conflict waivers, engagement letters, and ethical wall memoranda, and collaborating with attorneys and the Firm’s General Counsel to establish engagement terms and negotiate conflict waivers. Candidates must have a Juris Doctorate and at least two to three years of conflicts experience.

The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 annually, based on experience and education, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous vacation time.
