This role is responsible for implementing human capital strategies, managing people-related projects, and supporting leadership with performance optimization, talent development, and resource management.
The partner will act as a trusted advisor on human capital matters, ensuring adherence to policies and promoting effective work practices. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with at least three years as an HR Generalist and experience advising within a global, matrixed organization. Strong communication skills and a customer-service focus are essential.
