The HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to office leadership, providing guidance on employee relations and policy adherence. They will also champion colleague well-being, fostering an equitable and inclusive work environment.

Key responsibilities include driving organizational effectiveness through talent development, resource management, and training programs. The HR Manager will leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence to inform human capital strategies and support business decisions. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to use HRIS and data analytics to drive actionable insights.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least seven years of progressive HR leadership experience. The expected salary range is $125,000 to $170,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
