The Human Resources Manager is a key member of the Human Capital & Talent team, responsible for overseeing the daily HR functions at the local practice offices in downtown Los Angeles and Century City. This role involves developing and executing strategies related to employee engagement, performance optimization, and professional development. The HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to office leadership, providing guidance on employee relations and policy adherence. They will also champion colleague well-being, fostering an equitable and inclusive work environment.

Key responsibilities include driving organizational effectiveness through talent development, resource management, and training programs. The HR Manager will leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence to inform human capital strategies and support business decisions. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to use HRIS and data analytics to drive actionable insights.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least seven years of progressive HR leadership experience. Familiarity with California labor laws and proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role are also required. The expected salary range is $125,000 to $170,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
