Senior Professional Development Manager 
 Professional Development & Training Senior Manager: Corporate
The Corporate Senior Manager will report to the firm’s Professional Development & Training Director for Corporate. The employee will primarily focus on hands on day-to-day support to the corporate training team on the execution of in-house interactive training programs and workshops for Corporate attorneys for all offices. In addition, the employee will assist with on-boarding lateral Corporate associates and counsel.
 Responsibilities
Under the direction of the PD&T Director, the Senior Manager will:
·        Provide leadership, strategy and hands on day-to-day support to the corporate practice groups on the creation, maintenance and execution of in-house interactive training programs and workshops.
o   Guarantee trainings are organized well in advance and flawless.
o   Build structure/timelines for trainings.
·        Responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day training programs for London associates.
·        Oversee onboarding for new and lateral Corporate associates.
·        Continuous reevaluation of training programs and corporate training resource center.
·        Oversee training timelines and ensure deadlines are met
·        Run corporate initiatives
  • Collaborate with various departments and firm committees throughout the firm, including:
    • Inclusion, Legal Personnel, Business Development and Alumni Relations to develop and assist initiatives. 
    • IT, graphic design and audio/visual professionals to deliver programming that is engaging and efficient to onsite and remote employees.
    • Events department to ensure flawless program execution.
 
 
Required Skills
·        7+ years of management experience in the talent development space and/or 5+ years as a practicing associate, preferably in a large law firm
·        Extremely strong attention to detail in all written work.
·        Outstanding communication skills (both written and oral).
·        Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with attorneys and staff throughout the firm.
·        Ability to take the initiative and work independently.
·        Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with a client service orientation.



The expected salary range for this position is between $210,000-215,000. The actual base salary offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
