Patent Foreign Filing Specialist

The role involves reviewing and coding foreign associate bills, managing billing activities, and monitoring the payment of foreign annuities. Additional duties include preparing client status reports, assisting with various IP-related tasks, and adhering to firm policies.
Candidates should have a B.A./B.S. degree (preferred) or relevant experience, with at least 3 years in patent prosecution or 2+ years in foreign filing. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in relevant software, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines are essential. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
