Business Development Specialist

Our client seeks a Business Development Specialist for their San Francisco office, offering a hybrid work arrangement. Reporting to the Head of West Coast Business Development and California BD Managers, this role involves supporting marketing and business development initiatives aimed at acquiring new clients, enhancing existing relationships, and boosting the firm’s visibility. The Specialist will assist with the California Initiative’s strategic plan, support various practice areas including Class Actions and Technology, and coordinate proposals, pitches, and client presentations.

Responsibilities include maintaining practice experience records, preparing marketing materials, managing event logistics, and conducting market research. The role also involves organizing internal meetings and contributing to firm-wide marketing projects.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications and at least two years of experience in professional services marketing, preferably within a law firm. Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and proficiency with marketing technologies are essential. The position offers a salary range of $73,800 to $109,500, with additional benefits.
