Real Estate Attorney
Our client's Real Estate Practice Group seeks a Senior Associate/Counsel/Junior Partner with 2-7 years of experience representing Borrowers/Owners/Investors in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings to join their Washington DC team.

Qualified candidates will possess extensive experience representing Borrowers/Owners/Investors including: (1) reviewing and negotiating sophisticated joint venture agreements with private equity real estate funds; (2) reviewing and negotiating loan documents; and (3) representing clients in buying, selling and financing commercial real estate. Experience with hospitality transactions, including the acquisition of branded hotels and negotiating hotel management agreements, is a plus but not required.

DC bar membership is required.
 

The expected salary range for this position is between $215,000 and $305,000. The actual base salary offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
