Our client, a probate litigation firm that handles high-profile probate litigation matters, is looking to add to their fast growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growth of a "big firm refugee" team - the founding partners come from big law and wanted to change the script. This role could sit in their LA, Orange County, or Pasadena offices.
Qualifications:
Must be licensed (in good standing) with the State Bar of California.
The expected salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $180,000. The actual base salary offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

- Previous CA litigation experience with State and Federal courts is necessary
- Experience with the preparation of various litigation related documents, attending court hearings, etc.
- Probate litigation background is helpful but not required - the firm will consider a strong litigator looking to change practices
