Client eBilling Specialist

The Client E-Billing Specialist is responsible for managing the e-billing process for the firm’s largest client, ensuring prompt submission of bills and resolving issues that may arise. This role involves closely coordinating with the legal team, clients, managers, and attorneys to address any obstacles that could prevent successful invoice submission and collection.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing time and disbursements for compliance with client billing policies, tracking client appeals, implementing necessary invoice revisions in Elite, and following up on outstanding e-bills to resolve issues proactively. Additionally, the specialist assists with collection efforts, prepares necessary documentation, and participates in special projects as needed.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of legal e-billing experience, preferably with Elite Enterprise or Aderant. The role requires a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can handle a high volume of work, work independently, and meet deadlines under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to various situations, including working overtime if necessary, and a basic knowledge of Excel and Word are also essential. The salary range for this position is between $87,000 and $100,000.
